Items advertised that are carried in stock we will aim to dispatch within 7-10 working days of receiving your order, If your order contains a Bespoke item, please note this may take longer.

Returns:

Bespoke items are made to order and unless the item arrives with you damaged, we are unable to accept returns of bespoke items.

If your item arrives damaged please make sure you contact us within 24 hours of receipt.  We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period

Goods that are received damaged will be refunded or replaced where possible. All we ask is that you keep the original packaging and email a photograph to us so that we can claim from our postal carrier. Please email me to discuss further details.

Please then ensure the parcel is packaged adequately to ensure that the goods are not further damaged in transit. Otherwise we may not be able to exchange or refund you. We recommend that you use an insured, registered delivery service and keep the receipt as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. We will also require you to supply us with photographs of the damage within 48 hours in order for us to claim from our couriers.  Concerns after this period will not be able to be processed as a return/refund.

 

Shipping Costs:

Delivery prices are based on the size and weight of the parcel being dispatched and also on the delivery location. Where we will try to fulfill all orders, we do reserve the right to refuse to deliver any products at any time. 

Selected European Countries - We are currently unable to send out of the UK Certain items are just far too big to be sent out of the UK, and we apologise now for this.

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
